2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website, contacting us, or booking or using parking at Tulsa Truck Park, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Facility.
3. Third-party booking (SpotOS)
Online reservations, payments, and related account features for parking may be provided through SpotOS (or its affiliates), a third-party service provider. When you book or pay through SpotOS:
- You may also be subject to SpotOS’s terms, privacy policy, and payment processor terms.
- Your parking license and on-site rules are between you and GNT QOZB, Inc. as described below and in any Parking Space License Agreement you accept at checkout or by written agreement.
- SpotOS processes technology and payment services; it does not own the Facility and is not the landlord of the lot.
If these website Terms and SpotOS’s terms conflict on booking or payment mechanics, SpotOS’s platform terms control for the SpotOS service; Facility use and parking rules remain controlled by GNT QOZB, Inc.
4. Parking license (not a lease)
Parking at Tulsa Truck Park is a revocable license to park approved vehicle(s) in an assigned space (or as otherwise directed). It does not create a landlord–tenant relationship and does not grant any real property interest in the Facility.
5. Term and termination
Unless a different term is stated in your booking or written agreement, parking continues for the period you paid for (daily, weekly, or monthly) and, for ongoing monthly arrangements, on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party upon fifteen (15) days’ written notice.
We may terminate immediately for non-payment or any violation of these Terms or your Parking Space License Agreement.
6. Payment
You agree to pay the parking fee shown at booking (or in your written quote), plus applicable taxes, when due. Published website rates (for example daily, weekly, and monthly plans) may change; the amount confirmed at booking or in a signed agreement controls.
- Payments more than five (5) calendar days late may incur a $25 late fee per rented parking space.
- Returned checks or declined electronic payments may incur a $40 processing fee.
- Accounts sixty (60) days past due may be terminated immediately. Vehicles left on the property may be treated as abandoned and may be towed, stored, or disposed of as permitted by Oklahoma law, at your sole expense.
7. Authorized vehicles
Only vehicles registered with us (or listed in your SpotOS booking) may park on the property. Notify us when a vehicle is replaced. Unless approved in writing, each space is limited to one tractor and one trailer, or one personal automobile when the tractor and trailer are absent.
All vehicles must be legally registered, maintain required insurance, be operated by properly licensed drivers, and remain in operable condition.
8. Permitted use
Spaces are for parking commercial trucks, trailers, and related equipment we approve, or one personal automobile when tractor and trailer are absent. Park completely within the assigned space and follow posted traffic directions.
9. Prohibited activities
Unless specifically approved in writing, the following are prohibited:
- Parking hazardous materials or hazardous waste
- Parking tankers or HAZMAT-marked equipment
- Vehicle dismantling or major repairs
- Oil changes, fuel transfers, coolant changes, or other fluid servicing
- Storage of personal property outside vehicles
- Excessive noise, litter, or nuisance
- Illegal activity of any kind
We may remove any vehicle or property that violates these rules at your expense.
10. Vehicle condition and spills
Vehicles must be maintained in safe operating condition. Vehicles leaking oil, fuel, coolant, hydraulic fluid, or other hazardous materials must be repaired immediately. You are responsible for cleanup and for reimbursing us for cleanup costs. We may require leaking vehicles to be removed immediately.
11. Damage to property
You are responsible for damage caused by you, your employees, contractors, drivers, guests, or vehicles, and must reimburse us for resulting repair costs.
12. Assumption of risk
All vehicles, trailers, cargo, and personal property are parked entirely at your sole risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage from theft, vandalism, collision, fire, flooding, weather, acts of other customers, mechanical failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We provide parking only and do not assume custody of any vehicle or cargo.
13. Insurance and indemnity
You shall maintain liability insurance as required by law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GNT QOZB, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, attorney fees, or expenses arising from your use of the Facility or violation of these Terms or your parking agreement.
14. Towing and removal
We may tow, impound, relocate, or remove any vehicle that is parked without authorization; violates these Terms; creates a safety hazard; leaks hazardous fluids; is abandoned; has an account sixty (60) days delinquent; or is otherwise unlawfully parked. Towing, storage, collection, and legal expenses are your responsibility.
15. Security deposits
If a security deposit is collected, it may be applied to unpaid fees, damages, cleanup, towing, or other amounts owed. Any remaining balance will be refunded within five (5) business days after you vacate and satisfy all obligations, unless a different timeline is required by law.
16. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content in an abusive manner, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us or booking. Website content is provided for general information; facility availability and rates are confirmed at booking.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNT QOZB, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Facility. Our total liability for claims related to the website is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for parking in the three (3) months before the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20. Entire agreement; changes
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Parking Space License Agreement or booking confirmation you accept constitute the agreement between you and GNT QOZB, Inc. regarding the subjects they cover. We may update these website Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to parking rules may also be communicated at booking or by notice to your account contact.
Failure to enforce any provision once does not waive future enforcement. Electronic signatures and communications have the same force as originals where permitted by law.
